ii.    Capacity Building on Participatory Hygiene and Sanitation Transformation (PHAST)
We recognize the need for institutionalized capacity building and training for the various project stakeholders especially those at leadership and management levels.  To this end we carry out training of trainers among communities to strengthen their management skills, ensure continuous project operation and enhance sustainability of the chosen interventions.

We train trainers and coordinators in PHAST and Child to Child methodologies who later ensure effective implementation and replication of hygiene and sanitation programmes, both at the household level and in schools. We target participants in Government Ministries, community Based Organizations (CBO’s) Women Groups and Youth Groups to become Training in PHAST in their respective communities
