Environmental Management
Where sanitation and waste management fail, the environment bears the brunt. Where the environment is affected, access to water and, by extension, public health, is compromised.
The situation is complicated further by population growth, urbanization and dwindling natural resources.
A compromised environment puts up to 40% of African populations who depend on unprotected above and below ground water sources.
GSEP therefore ensures circularity and sustainability are built in to all its solutions, initiatives and interventions without deviating from sanitation, the central theme.
